Andrea
Expanded Function Dental Assistant, Clinical Coordinator

Andrea started her journey with Joplin Dental Care in 1993. She is our Clinical Coordinator and has brought more than 30 years of dental experience to our team. She is passionate about providing exceptional patient care and helping ensure each day runs smoothly for both our patients and clinical team. Her experience, attention to detail, and caring nature make her an invaluable part of our practice.

Andrea has been married to her husband David for 29 years. They have two adult children. Outside of the office she enjoys getting lost in a good book, treasure hunting at garage sales, and traveling whenever she gets the chance. Whether she's helping patients or planning her next adventure, Andrea brings warmth, dedication, and a positive attitude to everything she does.

Denise
Practice Coordinator

Denise joined Joplin Dental Care in April of 2001 and has been a dedicated part of the practice with over 40 years of dental experience. She serves as our Practice Coordinator. She loves building relationships with patients, keeping the office running smoothly, and helping create a warm, welcoming experience for everyone who walks through our doors. Her organization, compassion, and positive attitude make her an invaluable part of our team.

Denise has been happily married to her husband Darren for over 40 years. Together they have two sons, Ryan and Clayton, and a daughter-in-law, Chrissy, who are a cherished part of their family. Denise enjoys spending time with her loved ones, camping, making memories, all things Margaritaville, and bringing kindness and laughter wherever she goes. She believes that a friendly smile and a caring heart can brighten anyone's day.

Stacey
Insurance Coordinator

Stacey became a team member in July of 2015. She’s been working in dentistry almost 20 years, and somewhere along the way she became fluent in “insurance.” As our insurance coordinator, she spends her days helping patients make sense of benefits, claims, and the occasional insurance mystery. She loves advocating for our patients, finding answers, and helping them get the most from their dental benefits-because dealing with insurance shouldn’t require a dental degree! She’s proud to be an important part of our dental family and enjoy helping create a positive experience for every patient who walks through our doors.

When she’s not untangling insurance puzzles, she’s spending time with her family. She has been married to her high school sweetheart, Chris, for over 40 years, and we’re still having fun together. They have two sons, who are married and 5 grandchildren. Whether they’re traveling, golfing, enjoying time with loved ones, or just making everyday memories, she believes life is best lived with laughter, kindness, and a great smile.

Desiree
Expanded Function Dental Assistant

Desiree became a valued member of our team in the summer of 2015. She has been a dedicated Dental Assistant for 11 years and is passionate about helping patients feel comfortable and cared for during every visit. In addition to assisting chairside, she enjoys being a 3D printing specialist and taking care of all the dental lab work. She takes pride in creating quality restorations and appliances that help patients smile with confidence. Her attention to detail and commitment to exceptional patient care make her a valued member of our team.

Outside the office, Desiree has been happily married to her high school sweetheart Andrew. They have four amazing children, including a daughter in law Kalynne. She loves spending quality time with her family and friends, getting lost in a good book, and cheering on the Kansas City Chiefs during football season. Her caring heart, positive attitude, and friendly smile make her a key part of our dental family.

Sylvia
Registered Dental Hygienist

Sylvia began her journey with our team in October of 2020. She has been a dedicated Dental Hygienist for 15 years and is passionate about helping patients achieve healthy, confident smiles. She enjoys building lasting relationships with her patients while providing gentle, thorough care and educating them on the importance of lifelong oral health. Her compassionate approach and attention to detail help make every visit a positive experience.

Outside the office, Sylvia is passionate about healthy living and fitness. She enjoys staying active and believes that caring for your overall health is just as important as caring for your smile. Her positive attitude, commitment to wellness, and genuine care for others make her a wonderful addition to our team.

Ashley
Dental Assistant

Ashley became a part of the Joplin Dental Care family in March of 2021. She enjoys learning everything that comes with being a dental assistant and enjoys helping patients feel comfortable and cared for during every visit. She loves being part of a team that helps create healthy, confident smiles and takes pride in making each patient's experience as positive and stress-free as possible.

Outside of the office, Ashley has been happily married for 15 years to her husband Robert. They have two wonderful children. She enjoys spending quality time with her family, making memories, and embracing the little moments that make life special. Her caring personality and friendly smile make her a trusted member of our team.

Becky
Hygiene Coordinator

Becky started her journey with us in July of 2021. She has been in the dental field for over 25 years. She enjoys helping patients feel welcome, keeping schedules running smoothly, and making every visit as easy and enjoyable as possible. Her knowledge, organization, and friendly personality help create a positive experience from the moment patients walk through our doors.

When she's not at the office, Becky loves spending time in her garden, spoiling her dogs, and making memories with her large family. During football season, you'll also find her cheering on the Kansas City Chiefs. Her warm heart, positive attitude, and genuine care for others make her a cherished member of our dental family.

Kim
Registered Dental Hygienist

Kim started with us in September of 2021 and is passionate about helping patients achieve healthy, beautiful smiles. She enjoys building lasting relationships with her patients while providing gentle, thorough care and making each visit as comfortable and positive as possible.

Outside the office, Kim is happily married to her husband, Justin, and is a proud stepmom to Grant. She loves attending concerts, spending time outdoors, and making memories with her four dogs—Daisy, Copper, Spike, and Sally—who keep life fun and full of adventure. Kim's warm personality, compassionate care, and love for connecting with others make her an integral part of our dental family.

Gracie
Registered Dental Hygienist

Gracie began working with our team in June of 2023. She is passionate about helping patients of all ages achieve healthy, confident smiles. She especially enjoys working with children and strives to make every visit fun, comfortable, and positive. Her gentle touch and caring personality help patients feel right at home.

Outside the office, Gracie is happily married to her high school sweetheart, Clay. They are the proud parents of a sweet, baby girl. She loves spending time with her family, watching movies, hiking, and baking whenever she has the chance. Her warm heart, love for kids, and enthusiasm for helping others make her a wonderful part of our dental family.

Kimberly
Greeter

Kimberly became a valued part of our team in February of 2025. She loves being one of the first friendly faces patients see when they walk through our doors. She enjoys helping patients feel welcome, answering questions, and making every visit smooth and stress-free. Her positive attitude and caring personality help create a warm, inviting experience for everyone.

Outside of the office, Kimberly enjoys spending quality time with her husband, Robert and their two children. She enjoys being with her family, fishing, working as a lash technician, or staying active through boxing. Her energy, compassion, and dedication make her an integral part of our dental family.

Kennedy
Dental Assistant

Kennedy came to our office in July of 2025 and is our newest dental assistant and is excited to begin her career in dentistry. She enjoys learning new skills each day, supporting our team, and helping patients feel comfortable and cared for during their visits. Her positive attitude and eagerness to grow make her a wonderful addition to our practice.

Outside the office, Kennedy is looking forward to marrying her fiancé, Dalton, this October. She loves spending time outdoors, reading a good book, and embracing spontaneous adventures. She's also a proud cat mom to Tripp and Grey, who keep life entertaining. Her enthusiasm, kindness, and adventurous spirit make her a valued member of our dental family.

Emilee
Registered Dental Hygienist

Emilee became part of our team April of 2026 and brings 10 years of experience to our practice. A graduate of Wichita State University, she is passionate about helping patients achieve healthy, confident smiles through gentle, compassionate care, and patient education. Her friendly personality and commitment to excellence help make every visit a positive experience.

Outside the office, Emilie is happily married to her high school sweetheart, Austin. Together they are raising three wonderful children. Much of her free time is spent with family, staying active in her church, and joyfully chasing her kiddos. Her faith, compassion, and caring spirit are evident in both her personal life and the exceptional care she provides to every patient makes her a positive presence in our office.
